We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Pool area is nice. Pleased it had a bath in the room.

Breakfast was very good and fresh. Fresh fruit! Great location, directly at the port, adjacent to the small town with small shops and restaurants.
Disposable tableware at breakfast. Booked a deluxe room but received a lawsuit on the ground floor with no view Definitely book a room on the 2nd floor.

Quiet, Clean, Friendly and helpful staff. It is on water but no beach. nice pool, wonderful restaurant with deck seating and rooms and restaurant have lovely water views of the gulf....Quaint downtown is just 2 blocks away and can walk there to neat little shops and for boat lovers the marina is a good view from one side of the room thru windows and a view of the gulf out the back door to the rooms. Very nice!
It would be perfect if they had a beach....But everything else is great!

Rooms and location were beautiful! All staff were very friendly and professional, however we found that if we book through Booked.net, we will not qualify for Best Western Rewards or be eligible for the Best Western Promotions, which happened at that time to be "stay 3 nights in different Best Western Hotels and get a night free." This was our third night. We are Harley Davidson Owners Group members and also Best Western Platinum members and always stay at Best Western when we can.
We were trailering our motorcycles and weren't allowed to park the trailer in the hotel parking lot. Melanie tried to be helpful by telling us we could park it back by the pool since we were only staying one night, but it would have been difficult trying to maneuver the trailer around the tight curves in the parking lot. We ended up parking the truck and trailer on City owned property and alerted law enforcement to assure that it was okay to park where we were. Since Best Western is partnered with Harley Davidson to our knowledge, it should be made clear to motorcyclists with trailers that there are no accommodations for them.
